Viola Exclusive offers a variety of fabrics for evening gowns and other related products (the “Products”). All Products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of Products we supply, supply only part of an order, or divide up orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order on our Site, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase and account information. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We accept various forms of payment, which will be indicated at checkout.

Shipping and delivery times may vary based on the location and availability of the Products. We strive to meet the estimated delivery times but cannot guarantee them. Viola Exclusive is not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by unforeseen circumstances.
