Refunds
At Viola Exclusive, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products, our refund policy is quite specific. Please read the following carefully:
Eligibility for Refunds:
- To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 15 days of your purchase.
- Refunds are only offered if the product received is incorrect or arrives damaged.
- The item must be unused and undamaged, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your refund.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Fabrics cut to the client’s desired quantity are not eligible for refunds unless they are incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
- Custom orders and sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Requesting a Refund:
- To request a refund, please contact us at violaexclusive@outlook.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the product if applicable.
- Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Shipping Costs:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Processing Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [number of days, e.g., 7-10 business days].
