Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Time:

  • Local Shipping (North Macedonia): 1-3 business days
  • Shipping to Kosovo: 3-5 business days
  • Shipping to Albania: 5-7 business days
  • International Shipping: 5-10 business days, depending on the destination
  • Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary.

Shipping Carrier:

  • We use DHL for all our shipping needs to ensure your package arrives safely and promptly.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • Currently, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • We ship internationally, but please be aware of any customs regulations or restrictions in your country.
